Adia Redmon

Lead Fulfillment Agent

Hi everyone! I’m Adia Redmon, checking in from Kansas. I’ve been with COCRS since 2022, handling the processing and completion of tickets and helping out with client phone calls—so if my name looks familiar, that’s why!

Working from home has been such an awesome experience, and I’ve learned so much along the way. I’m also a proud mom to one amazing boy who keeps life busy and full of laughter. Right now, I’m in school working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, and I can’t wait to put my new skills to use to help our team even more.

Ed Bell

Hello! My name is Ed Bell, and I’m a fulfillment agent based out of the Denver metro area. I have been with COCRS since 2024, completing tax certificate requests and responding to customer inquiries.

Before COCRS, I spent 10 years working in mortgage servicing and mortgage processing.

I’m originally from Iowa, where I grew up catfishing in Lake McBride and attending the Iowa State Fair every year. Now that I live in Colorado, I spend my free time hiking with my dog at Three Sisters Park in Evergreen, CO, and enjoying concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Paul Soucek

Vice President

Hi there! I’m Paul Soucek, and I’ve been part of the COCRS team since 2012, serving as Vice President and helping streamline processes to make property details—like tax and HOA documentation—easier to access. My role focuses on improving efficiency and ensuring our clients get the information they need quickly and accurately.

Before COCRS, I built a strong foundation in business operations, IT, and marketing through years of experience running and growing companies. I’m passionate about finding smarter ways to work and helping small businesses thrive.

I’m based in the Denver area and love connecting with other business owners to share ideas and strategies. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me diving into new tech trends that make life and work better, or most often, at an ice hockey rink with my daughter.
